Steven understands that no two buildings or projects are alike. His approach is centered on understanding each building owner’s unique needs, evaluating the challenges, and finding the right roofing solution to deliver lasting value for every stakeholder.

Known for his construction knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to client needs, Steven works to make every project as seamless and successful as possible.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys mountain biking and spending time outdoors.

Brian Aliotta is a commercial roofing and construction professional with extensive experience in business development, asset management, and project leadership. He is passionate about helping property owners and facility managers protect their investments through strategic roofing and building solutions that deliver long-term value.

Throughout his career, Brian developed extensive commercial roofing experience in Arkansas, where he built strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, contractors, and industry partners. His time in Arkansas provided valuable experience in commercial roofing operations, project management, client service, and business development, helping establish the foundation for his continued success in the industry.

Known for his integrity, work ethic, and commitment to excellence, Brian focuses on building lasting relationships and providing clients with trusted guidance throughout every stage of a project. His experience spans commercial roofing systems, facility assessments, capital planning, asset management, and construction management.

Having previously lived and worked in Texas, Brian returned to Texas to pursue new opportunities and continue building on the relationships, experience, and industry knowledge he has developed throughout his career.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events, playing golf, and serving others through his faith. His faith in God, dedication to family, and commitment to doing the right thing are the principles that guide both his personal life and professional career.

Throughout his career, Luis has built his approach around something simple: relationships come first. He believes earning a homeowner or property owner's trust begins with listening, communicating honestly, and helping them understand their options before ever asking them to make a decision.

Known for his strong work ethic and willingness to get personally involved, Luis takes pride in finding practical solutions, following through on his commitments, and being someone his customers and teammates can depend on.

Outside of work, Luis values family, enjoys taking on new projects and challenges, and rarely sits still for very long. He brings that same energy, determination, and persistence to the people he serves.
